Embark Career's Signature Coaching Program offers a unique solution

By participating in this program, you are joining a community, network, and positive support group to help you get a job. You will get accountability and forward momentum in a short amount of time.

We invite you to join a small group of individuals in the same point of their career journey as you for the next ten weeks to make the job search process more fun, easier, and less daunting. We will meet virtually every other week for one hour at a time. We will cover topics such as creating a personal brand, networking and conducting informational interviews, writing resumes and cover letters that make it past automatic resume readers, nailing the interview process, and negotiating the offer. You will leave each session with suggested homework and an accountability buddy to help you maintain momentum through the career search process.

When will we meet?

The winter 2024 cohort will meet by zoom on Thursday evenings from 4:30pm-5:30pm MT. The dates are:

What topics will we cover?

We will cover the following topics across six sessions:

Topic 1: crafting your personal brand and aligning it with your next career move
Topic 2: networking and conducting informational interviews
Topic 3: writing impactful resumes and cover letters
Topic 4: nailing the interview process and negotiating the offer

What is included?

Participants receive:

6 one-hour live virtual sessions specific to the cohort over 10 weeks
Monthly drop-in office hours open to all Embark Career clients
Written materials that include resume and cover letter templates, guides for informational interviews, job interviews, and offer negotiations, and tools to help you create your personal brand story.
Lifetime access to google site with all course materials
Lifetime access to growing network of cohort participants for additional career support

What is the investment?

The investment to participate in the Embark Career Signature Coaching Program is $250. If you enroll by January 15, 2024, there is a $50 discount.

Is the Winter 2024 cohort for me?

The Winter 2024 Embark Career Signature Coaching Program is open to all women and non-binary individuals looking to make a career change in 2024. Mothers are especially encouraged to apply. Cohorts are kept intentionally small and capped at 10 individuals to allow for networking, community building, and individual attention.
